TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
• Your commission can be published on any of my social media, or use as an example in my info commission web
• Commission durations vary depending on the complexity and my schedule.
• Commercial streaming usage is 50% of full payment
• For commercial use a base extra of 2x will be charged
• All extra charge are percentage (%)PAYMENTS
• The payment is in two parts, 50% of the full payment will be made after the customer approve of the sketch, the rest will be paid in full once the customer receive the finished product (including any extra fees that may come up)
• I work by payment order, if you paid first, your commission will come up first. (EXCEPT for seasonal commissions, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Pride, Halloween, etc. Those will be prioritized before the event date)
• If I miss the agreed upon deadline, I will refund 20% of the total commission.COMMUNICATION
References:
• I would prefer Driver folders, but any mainstream compilation platform works just as well (toyhouse/wordpress/...). I like to have as many references as possible!
• I do accept 3D references.
• I can work with visual references and written descriptions, but preferably visual references. Either way, please be as descriptive as possible
• Please have designs of your character/background/props/... ready. I can design them but that would be an additional fee.I can draw:
• Human/humanoid OC/Fanart characters
• NSFW (but I can reject it if it's not to my liking)
• Gore (but i can reject if it is not to my liking)
• AnimalsI can't draw:
• Heavy armor
• Mecha
• Furry
• Old peopleREVISIONS
• I will not charge sketch revision fees
• You have the right of 5 corrections for free, more of them will be charged an extra charge. (Simple things can be a mistake on my part, so without regrets you can point it out, for example: forgetting moles, freckles, piercings, painted nails, a strand of colored hair, etc. If the change is not easy I will indicate it)DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the order and my own schedule, going from 2 weeks to 2 months (maybe more or less, it depends). If the commissions has to be made for a certain day, please communicate it in time.
• Priority have an extra charge which will depend on the commission complexity and the deadline.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• Customer does NOT hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related tecnology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
• Products are only for personal use, cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees, but you can publish it on your social networks. Reproduction for commercial use (Merchandising), or advertising requires additional commercial or merchandising fee.
• The client has no right to use my art to feed AI, doing so will automatically put you on my blacklist.REFUNDS
• Refunds will generally not be made so please be thorough when you request my service.
• If you make a refund, it will be a direct refund, so I will not cover any fees.
• Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. I will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
• As an artist I have the complete right to reject any commission I do not wish to make.
